Swing Dancers

When buying and selling property, it is very important to have a willing dance partner. The whole conveyancing process relies upon communication with other parties such as financial advisers, estate agents and solicitors and those parties doing their job to help move the transaction forward. If someone doesn't want to dance with you, this could have serious repercussions on the outcome of your transaction.

So what happens if you are left in the corner?

The answer to that depends very much upon who you have instructed as solicitor. We will ensure that your dance card is filled up for the whole evening. We will be proactive throughout the whole transaction and if this means doing some of the legwork that the other dance partners should be doing then so be it e.g. last week in a purchase that was time critical, we organised an indemnity insurance policy and building control documentation that was the responsibility of the seller’s solicitors to ensure that our clients completed their transaction on time. We will do everything that we can to ensure that your transaction settles on time.

So if you do not want to be left in the corner then have a chat with our Jonathan Williams.

Rest assured – we will not be leaving you in the corner!
