“A negotiator should observe everything. You must be part Sherlock Holmes, part Sigmund Freud.” – Victor Kiam
When you finally decide that the time is right to put that offer in, the best advice that we can give you is don't. In fact what you should be doing is picking up the phone and speaking to one of our team in the residential conveyancing department.
Unless you have experience in negotiating then in all likelihood you could be paying more for that property than you should be.
My team have over 20 years experience in negotiating prices for clients and believe that we are therefore best positioned to get you the best price possible for your property. Indeed one of our aims is to negotiate on the price and save you money leaving you in a cost neutral position where your legal fees and outlays have in essence been paid for you by the deduction in the price – we may not even charge you if the negotiation is unsuccessful!
Given our experience, I am confident that if you choose to use myself, you will not only save money but will feel confident that you have paid the lowest price possible for your property.
Don't leave your negotiation to chance – trust the experts to get the best deal for you.
I would be delighted to hear from you if you are just about to make that offer and we can tell you a little bit more about how we can get the best deal for you.
