I love Property Bee. There you go. I said it!

What, I hear you say is Property Bee?

You won't get many estate agents shouting from the roof tops about this great little widget that's for sure. In essence, it identifies any changes that an estate agent has made to particulars of a property that they are marketing on the Right Move web site.

This is what their web site www.property-bee.com says:-

"Why does this help me?

This means you have a complete history of;

• When the property was put on the market

• Price changes (up and down) since the property was listed

• Whether the property has gone STC and come back onto the market

• Any changes to the details since the property was listed

Very useful information when negotiating, or checking up on what the Estate Agent says!"
