In the final video on the mortgage process, we reach the most important part - The Mortgage Application

The lender is going to dive deeper into your finances, check your employment and income by potentially taking an employer's reference and start to look at the property that you are taking a mortgage over. Every lender has timescales for the turning around of applications but if you have not organised yourself with giving the requested information to the broker then it is going to be an uphill struggle.

A good broker will second guess what the lender will look for and that's what we do at Begley Brown.
