What is the report going to tell you?

Some clients take a great interest in the nuances of what the title states and dive deep into what they can and cannot do and others would rather stick needles in their eyes than pour over a set of title deeds. After all that is what I am paying my solicitor for isn't it?

You do need to know what you have bought and at least have an understanding of the titles and any works that have been done to your property. Make sure that the report is in a format that you can not only read but understand.
