Any business operating in the service industry must surely understand the relevance of testimonials. Ask your prospective estate agent to let you have some testimonials. If they are unable to rattle some off at a moments notice then you could be forgiven for thinking that they do not really value their client's opinions or worse still they don't really care about you.
