Just listened to the show again and there is some great stuff in there this week. We talk to Mark Shanta about his start in property from accountancy degree, professional poker, flipping property and finally setting up Shanta Letting. What a great story and holds true to President Calvin Coolidge's great quote "Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence". What an inspiration to all of you out there who are thinking of setting up a business. Well done Mark!
