Nick Ponty started off as a photographer hawking £10 prints to local footballers. His star has risen somewhat from those early days and following a stint as staff photographer covering the Olypmics and Commonwealth Games, he stumbled into property. Initially, under tutelage from his old dear he started buying and selling property. He has just opened a letting agent with a twist. One of the services that he offers is advice on refurbing property. With a team of trusted tradesmen personally handpicked by him, he has taken all the worry and stress out of the project management of a refurb.
