After dabbling in property, setting up a letting agency and then selling it, he was loured back into the property game after coming up with an idea that brings together property investors and landlords looking to shift their stock. The business plan is simple - give investors opportunities to purchase investment properties at a fixed price. Marvelously simple and something that the market needs.
